Do you accept refunds/return on custom orders?

All items in this shop are custom and made to order. Due to the nature of the items sold, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will only be given if an item is defective or incorrect and are handled on a case by case basis.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I do no offer gift wrapping but let me know if it is being sent directly to the recipient. A personalized note can be included in the package. Some items include gift boxes. (See listing for details.)

Do you offer a rush my order option?

Yes, it is the listing under "Rush my Order". This will take the production time from 7-10 business days to 1-2 business days. This is not an upgrade for shipping. If an item is needed within a certain time frame please message me to guarantee the arrival of your items.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

Accidents happen in transit. Just sent me a photo of the damaged items along WITH a photo of the packaging. I will get new items sent out ASAP and will handle the claim process with USPS. Please check ALL items, a replacement will only be sent out once.

Do you offer custom orders?

Custom orders are handled by a case by case basis. Depending on the current work load I will take on custom orders. 

The initials on my order are incorrect. Will you remake my item(s)?

If the error is our mistake, definitely! A replacement will be sent out as soon as possible. For EVERY listing in the shop, the instructions are listed to provide initials in first last middle order. They are copied and pasted from your order for accuracy. The shop will not redo/remake/refund due to a buyer error. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the initials in the correct format.

My item took weeks to arrive! Why is this?

The current turnaround in my shop is 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Each item is personalized and made to order by yours truly. ALL listings state the turnaround in the item description. Orders are done in chronological order. I do have a rush my order option available where you can bump up your order on the production line. Message me for details and availability.

Tracking states my order was delivered but I do not have it. Where is it?

Once the item is marked delivered there is very little I am able to do on my end. Contact your local post office with your tracking number and they will assist you in tracking your package. They will also be able to help you in filing a claim if your package was lost/stolen. 

Can you send me a proof of my order?

I am unable to send proofs on items. The items will look like the pictured examples. Proofs delay the production time. If there is something wrong with your order I will contact you regarding your order.
